How do I use PreCardix® for best results?

Step 1: Record baseline blood pressure using the PreCardix® app or a blood pressure log. Baseline blood pressure is your blood pressure before starting PreCardix. You can learn how to find your baseline blood pressure here.

Step 2: Take PreCardix as directed.

Step 3: Record blood pressure at the end of each week.

Step 4: Compare week eight blood pressure to baseline blood pressure.

Step 5. Review your results with your health care provider.

Every 2mmHg improvement in blood pressure has a positive effect on outcomes.
